Inventory (Total Homes for Sale) and Days On Market continued to rise, but some of that increase is by sellers who failed to price their homes competitively when they originally listed them.
The large % increase in total homes for sale is reflective of the historically low inventory of winter 2022.
Total inventory is down 57% from March 2019 and is maintaining the rise in prices. Prices rose 7% from March 2022.
